Tax office
Our company will guarantee complete accounting services, tax declarations, and payroll. We make Intrastat customs declarations, represent you before all offices and other institutions, and handle other accounting duties. Documents can be submitted online, in person, or as agreed.
We recommend submitting documents using our application, which we provide free of charge. Simply take a photo of the invoice or receipt with your mobile phone, and it will be uploaded to the system. You have access to the sent documents at all times and can approve them for accounting.

Virtual office
We offer a prestigious address for your company's headquarters in the center of Český Těšín. The price already includes legal requirements, such as displaying your company name and ID number (IČ) on the building, receiving your postal mail, and forwarding it to your specified address. All this from 8,400 CZK per year.

Intrastat
We will prepare and submit monthly Intrastat customs declarations for you. We will also send statistics on your behalf.
Company in the Czech Republic
We offer comprehensive services related to running a business in the Czech Republic: starting a business, e-office rental, registration, and accounting management under the supervision of professional accountants. We provide complete service.
We will ensure the preparation and elaboration of all necessary documents required to establish a company in the country:
- Legalisation and verification of all signatures and documents of the founder and provision of extracts from public registers (usually criminal record, commercial register, real estate register, trade register, etc.).
- We will arrange the company registration for income tax, flat-rate tax, or VAT.
- We will provide addresses for the company’s headquarters in the country, including postal services.
- We will arrange the opening of a bank account at an appropriate bank.
